This weeks post really is about sociability. Looking over my little chart I see two dimensions of sociability. In my CSU forum I'm aware of sociability founded on collegiality - A 'we're all in this together' kind of feeling. In my Rangefinderforum.com forum experience I find a different type of community. One that is more like a watering hole / place where everybody shares a common (but divergent) interest(s) and there is always someone up to have a chat about whatever dimension of that interest you want help, clarification or debate about. Both are different examples of online communities. But both are very meaningful in their unique ways.
